The brand name consists of two parts: the official part and the original part (name). For example: LLC "Chamomile" and is protected in accordance with articles 1473-1476 IV part of the Russian Civil Code.  An organization whose brand name is registered in the manner prescribed by law has the exclusive right to it. The use by a legal entity of a corporate name identical to or similar to the name of another legal entity shall not be allowed if the mentioned legal entities carry out similar activities.  Disposition of the exclusive right to the company name (including by means of its alienation or granting to another person the right to use the company name) is not allowed.
